These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p998 ("p998", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the p998 website located at https://p998.pro, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer products, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits p998's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

p998 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at p998.pro/privacy-policy. By registering at p998, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
